    Did we pay $500/acre for Roosvelt ?

    We now sell it for $443/acre after our initial drilling indicated that only 1/3 lies on the good side of the Brockton fault.

    It is honestly a pleasant surprise to me that we got that much for it.

    TB continues to impress me with his deal making but I am less impressed with our BOPD !
