The Buying party are not only purchasing the land but also purchasing the Intelectual Property of each well. Although we paid $200 acre the total cost should include exploration cost.

If we weren't 12 Million over budget for those wells the calculations I imaging would be very different.
Instead of $1000 per acre it would be $600 per acre.
