Sale of Roosevelt may be still in wings - Buyer requested another 2 weeks extension. Terry said no on Friday 30.08.
Buyer promised money in Samson's bank account by 3rd September (USA)
Post Labour Day Holiday.
If not deal is off - and another buyer will buy Roosevelt by end of September.
