Well it will be interesting. While some players like Walker/Keary and McInness/Cook were looking like being on and off the bench, suddenly there are more permanent roles for them. Even players like Carter (who I think will prove a great buy given the reduced interchange rule) have some more than interesting and exciting utility value beyond their nominated position options.

Haven't mentioned the engine room Burgess boys to come back, but one major negative - losing Sutton will be a big loss.

Souths performance against the Roosters? One game doesn't maketh a team, but together with the degree of injuries this early in a season, it does force Maguire's hand in an interesting way. The same can be said about the situation of other teams that have copped a pounding with their injuries (like the Tigers).
