Just a quick scenario for you tharlow....what if approval is given...and along with approval they announce that the russian govt is willing to pay the $1000 a course and order 50,000 courses in the first year with an undertaking to ramp that order up to 300,000 courses over the next three years....would the market have factored that in.
I think your comment fails to take into account that there are potententially lots of other business related deals that can be announced after approval.
I agree that if all we get is a letter saying this is approved and heard no more then maybe you are correct....but I highly doubt it
