1) doubtful the process will be changed before approval/opening of the plant. 2) demand will meet/exceed expectations, there is no effective treatment for liver disease that has NO SIDE EFFECTS, and treats Alzheimers ect at the same time. It will be a blockbuster drug despite all the non-believers. 3) What competition?....as above 4) Sovereign risk is minimal these days and Russia is one of the powerhouses of the world.....the cold war is well and truly over! There are several possibilities why SLA's SP isn't performing, and some may be due to current economic problems effecting many share holders that have recognised current conditions are deterioratin and prefer to be in cash, possibly to pay mortages ect....there are many reasons why people sell a particular share, take out the emotion and just buy what works IMHO....long term Potential is massive so I continue to hold and don't realy care what the SP is at the moment because I have no need to sell.
