I think the error was the failure to lock in a partner and too many targets.
Roquefort are raising 3M pounds, we would be at 50% dilution if we did that and the dilution would continue with more cap raises.
Given the capacity/inability of management to develop the portfolio, we are now in a far better position.
Yes we should have got more for the sale but it was on the open market.
