Now, I know this is a silly question (which I am known for, sadly) - BUT, back along, I pondered why Maria didn't negotiate a position on Provelmare's Board - for obvious reasons.
I am now wondering how the hell CDY are going to monitor what is going on with Roquefort's "actual" Sales numbers in respect to Lyramid - let alone what is going on at Board level.
It's one thing to sound all corporate like by "negotiating" 4% royalties on Sales - but quite another thing to have something in place in order to know what the actual sales numbers are. We've already seen the level of transparency in this space....
It looks to me that CDY has been screwed on a lack of knowledge of the true market value of Lyramid and I would not be surprised at all to see CDY get screwed on the actual level of royalties.
Look, I hate to be sounding negative all the time, but this is becoming embarrassing.
