Be more inclined to think that the beloved investors really didnt have much idea of what was going on and it was all based on some "shampoo stuff" and an unassociated biotech area, "MK", that nobody had heard of and had no idea of the implications either together or apart.

You have to look at why Roquefort has picked up on this and look at the quality of the directors and others involved.
Do you really think they are doing this to pass the time until something better comes along?

And as an added footnote Maria Halasz is still a strategic advisor to Roquefort according to their website and is still a substantial SH along with Dennis Eck, the promoter of Scott Greasley to the board.
