My thinking is....What if the purpose of the purchase of Oncogeni and its Laboratory facilities was to discover if that part, or indeed other parts, of the Midkine molecule, and even other chemical groups, could be manufactured, and then,if clinically effective, might they be considered "new" and not Midkine at all? Remember their Patent applications. What are they all about? Maybe some of the bits chopped off are effective. That is for their Lab research.

Would this activity be bad? Well,it could be very good for the sick as far as cancer and other diseases are concerned if it is successful in the years ahead. No guarantee of ultimate success, naturally.

Now to the Roquefort Prospectus. Look at pages 4 and 5. Study the principle activities as at the now time of the September 13 Prospectus, and then the proposed principle activities after the September 16 Oncogeni purchase. Midkine mentioned now, Midkine not mentioned then.Take in the general tone. Also,Roquefort advises in the Prospectus that it now has three subsidiaries, of which Lyramid is just one.

Then consider the new Board. Where is Midkine mentioned? Dr Robertson is not on the Board, but is mentioned in the Prospectus as the Lyramid employee. Maria Halasz is not mentioned at all, but I am sure would be if still giving "strategic advice". She was important enough to be mentioned before. Why not now?
