I think i am quite in the know with this one... from my discussions with various parties (both in and out):

1. Gill getting the Sack
2. HP - coming in and taking all our shares for SFA...
3. Permitting is almost done...
4. The company has someone to take out EIG, project starts construction in 2015... also helps with improv in coal price..

also, sedgeman actually did make an announcement on the CPL contract, if they have been advised that it is getting rolled back, then they would be obliged to state this..

I urge all shareholders to vote against the rem report for CPL... it is embarasing when this happens for the co...

the only real tool we have...
