No announcement has been made, at this stage.

Piper Jaffray's Safa Rashtchy reported today (in his Silk Road newsletter) that LOOK are to announce earnings during the week of Feb. 5 and that he expects the company to report "in-line" $15.2 Million to $15.6 Million.

He says that Looksmart emains a "market perform" but cautions that shares in LOOK are still highly speculative.

(I FEEL THERE MAY BE A "SURPRISE" COMING).
