Sadly, it is destined to stay there for another decade as a parting gift from Gillard/Swan/Labor for their inaction on energy security for eastern Australia ... manufacturing and residents will be burdened by a blowout of electricity and gas prices starting around now becuase Labor believed they had the luxury of pandering to radical Greens (for the votes they brought Labor) on the carbon tax and halting development of CSG gas and coal fossil fuels.
