Todays announcement may not be affecting the market----and may not have been the intention----but you can bet your bottom dollar Xstrata know exactly what it means.It is just another way of chipping away their armour plating from the negotiators-----each positive announcement is like hitting the armour with another bullet---eventually one will be the breaking point.IMO.
