Can anyone tell me how many shares Fred Bart owns in GTG and whether he has been buying or selling recently??
Fred Bart's shareholdings are via a company named Security and Equity Resources. According to the last yearly report on 14 October 2011 it held 17.5mill shares (3.78%). When he resigned in November 2008, he held almost 26mill.
I can only find Mervyn Jacobson on the major shareholders list.
Merv recently sold $1mill worth of shares but still owns 136mill (almost 30%).
