I assume the law applies equally irrespective of gender: Where an individual is threatening suicide charges pressed (if any are applicable) to someone trying to "egg them on" to do it would be irrespective of gender. Do you have any evidence of the situation your outlining being common in domestic matters, and particularly more common with the female taunting the male to kill themselves?
