I don't think there is anything in the dual delay scenario Janus, As I read the history he took the IDC reigns in its formative years and took It to IPO and reseigned from the board thereafter. Apparently he was then instrumental behind the scenes in the Mt Kare acquisition.
An in house company lawyer who maintains compliance, business development in Asia and holds the key regional connections. Keeps out of conflict re Idc in resources and AEM in oil and gas.
All this info on hill is from a guy who worked with him recently for 18months and did not like him!!! Quite interesting.
At least he has AEM chart looking like one of the best on the asx, it seems he has AEM on the right track, and the delay will soon end. I'm happy
