I agree with what you said but here is how I see it at the moment.

Fact: The options are in the money but the share price needs to be higher for a good conversion rate otherwise people can just buy shares on market.

Fact: The company wants and needs the cash.

Fact: Lots of news is due.

Fact: They have 7 weeks to move the price significantly upwards.

Prediction: I'm sure they have plans and will do all that they can to increase the price during November to see the options over the line. I believe the target should be a price in the igh 20's for the fully paids to get a good conversion rate.
