    Not huge news, its only a small beer sale .... hence the after market annoouncement i guess, but certainly good to see that they are starting to get some sales visibility. The key to their future success will be rolling out these sorts of sales to schools throughout the world. Still on licence stuff as well, the big ticket items will come when they start selling their own products. Good stratigic sale at this stage, and a lot more to come. Not the last PBi announcement this month im sure. Oppies are goners ... convert at all costs and reap the rewards in the new year.

    Medic Vision penetrates the Medical School market with sales of approximately $200k of simulator devices This strategic sale demonstrates the demand for virtual reality training at undergraduate medical school level 9th November, 2006: Premier Bionics Limited’s (“Premier Bionics” or the “Company”) (ASX: PBI) wholly owned subsidiary Medic Vision Pty Ltd has received a significant order for its medical simulator products for a combined value of approximately $200,000 from the University of Newcastle and John Hunter Hospital. The University of Newcastle, School of Medicine has purchased a “Harvey” cardio pulmonary patient simulator and an intravenous cannulation simulator for its undergraduate medical training department. Medic Vision is establishing virtual surgery as an integral part of undergraduate medical skills training. John Hunter Hospital, the largest hospital in the Hunter New England Health (HNEH) area recently purchased a state of the art hybrid digital recording facility manufactured by Medic Vision for on and offsite medical and trauma team training scenarios. CEO of Medic Vision, Ross Horley commented “Medic Vision has predominantly provided products and services to the postgraduate medical education market but we are also very focused on the undergraduate medical schools. We have product which will benefit every medical school to enhance the technical training of their students and produce better doctors. The sale to Newcastle University and John Hunter Hospital is a significant achievement and paves the way for considerable sales in this market around the world where we operate.”
