Always asking given the amount I have at stake. I did discuss Mylan. Like you I didn't get much which is entirely understandable. The way I look at it, the longer this takes, the bigger the potential payout. If the arbitrator thought this was all a "storm in a teacup" then we would have had a decision by now. Its dragging on so there is a lot at stake IMO. All the while the original agreement is still in place. Why does Mylan still hang onto the daptomycin license? Can we force them to give back under the agreement? Is it best to wait the outcome of the arbitration? These are the question that intrigue me at the moment.
