China has lots of money but it's extraordinarily difficult getting them to part with it.
If you have a contract with them they will claim that whatever goods and/or services you have supplied are in some way faulty or incomplete and either stretch payment out for a very long time or never pay at all.
This is not a country for a small company to play in. The cash flow problems could easily send you under unless you find a way to get them to pay progressively as you roll out the product/service. At least that way you can stop supply if they don't pay.
