The big boys might simply buy offshore assets now. The funds might sell down some of the larger mining stocks and switch some funds into none effected miners like RIV. I guess all mining stocks will be sold off as the market tries to work this out in the short term. If i was India, i would be buying RIV and taking it private to protect against any potential increase in costs. dyor.
