    Hey Focker, even if you convert 1000 options a 3B notice must be lodged by the company before they appear in your account as fully paid.

    You can't trade FPO shares that have not been registered with the ASX through a 3B notice. Market has to be fully informed at all times about how many shares and options are on issue.
