    Way I look at it - NEO is riding on same wave as OPL and little else - Bit ridiculous for it to be taking off with OPL dropping which has a number of irons in the fire.
    Agree with previous poster - more likely a test for trendline support (linear graph) and should bounce back quickly to .495 (log graph) trendline support
    At least I hope it does
