Yeah - I was thinking that myself a while back .
The cap raises to date have been on low share prices
Best not to count the chickens - but the pending announcements over the next few months might send the share price into orbit .
Even a cap raise at 50Cents ...say ...wouldn't dilute much ...just to put a $100 mill
in the kitty - that's assuming the price gets quite a bit higher than 50 cents
