There was a post last week that discussed a takeover scenario .....the point made pointed to the fact that the price offered would be x percent over 30 day, 60 day wighted average stock price Now say 3o% over would on ... say .70 cents plus the 30% is .91 cents
50% would be $1.05 That is a hell of a long way from $3 plus mark that Roth partners are postulating This is the only logical answer to price capping for over a year and not having lodged a substantial shareholder notice
