Takeover price - I believe anyone will have to pay the full price to takeover VLA. The big shareholders are all USA funds. They backed the company in the last two $28m fund raisings. They are not in it for measly 30% gains. They understand the true value of successful clinical trials. They are in it for many multiples of their investment price. They have deep pockets and I expect would reject any bid that does not have a $0.5b cash upfront plus clinical success milestones
