I've always seen Roth's targets as more of a guess on a takeover offer, albeit a low one.
Bell Potter's $1.81 call yesterday has me more excited, as their calls have generally come true within a short period.
They called:
$0.96 last year --- check
$1.23 back in March --- check
$1.81 yesterday ---
