My tea-leaves say that the results were good enough to attract a well priced placement, and the co will not want cash reserves to fall much, as low cash in a biotech is death. There is certainly a lot of spending to come, and the market will like seeing a few years cash on the balance sheet. I certainly have some spare cash, assuming I am right and a post placement dip occurs. Would be nice if retail got a crack. Last time there was a $5k SPP.
