However i do believe we got the stake in the company largely because of our partnership with the first prototype testing which will provide Rotorx the opportunity to test the capabilities in real field operations(which aint that easy to secure when it comes to test new tech in the mining industry), and also as being the first business partner of rotorX E-transporter they will receive significant revenues in exchange during a critical phase of development with reasonable risk, so after all i dont consider it the deal of the century but rather a hand wash hands kind of deal.
I liked the deal,but looking at all aspects RotorX didnt just "present"a stake to us
