Heres a rough non exact analysis:-
Prior to announcement
963mill shares @ 10.5c = $101mill market cap
shares to Kalahari for 50% (i know its 49%)
667mill shares @ 10.5 = $70mill
the post share issue question is then should the market cap be $140mill as half the project is bought for about $70mill (price about 8.6c prior to consildation) OR should the market cap be $202mill (price about 12.5c prior to consolidation)..........
