    Every company has debt facilities.

The attractiveness to lenders or those taking an equity stake is the extent to which the company is potentially leveraged or compromised by ongoing spend to profitability.

Also in a World where you can count the number of GLOBAL gold producers which can survive at CoP <$800/on one hand, THAT's why they're having broker meetings - not to raise cap - but to get the message out.

I don't see any conflict in having a line of credit - and that certainly doesn't mean a CR for any s/t cashflow. glitches

    Get real people.

The money's in the ground, accessible, shallow.

The processing facility is 25kms away.

Why is Bristow so cushty with KJ?

This is just ONE asset owned by Birimian and because of its immediacy, ties with R'gold, local politicos, ease of access & delivery to market it is THE first cash cow 'AT MINIMAL CAPITAL COST' to oil the wheels as the company grows.

Or do you think that BGS just happened to wear a blindfold when they were pinning a donkey on all of the surrounding territory... with the exhausted 6.5M oz Morila mine at the bullseye???

    Please.
