IMO you may have a point about the road and future plant requirements - but - Randgold?.
As for future cash requirements until cash flow from sales, if it is an issue then a placement (maybe Sprott) rather than a capital raise from shareholders generally would be how capital is raised IMO. And another but - any new cash if required, won't be needed until first quarter 2015 IMO.
