I does seem like BLA is one of those investments which turn up every now and then on the ASX - an average / potentially flawed business model wrapped up in sexy packaging (in this case "hey, get exposure to alternative asset classes you can't normally access") while unsustainable fees are generated out of it by insiders.

Another one I'm keeping an eye on is URF - "hey, get exposure to residential New York City real estate" yet when all their properties are fully leased, it doesn't appear that it will generate enough rental income to cover the management fees alone...
