Cheap takeover is not an option! $2.65 a share values the company at about 2 billion. Thats a cheap takeover, the likes of RMS with a scrip but cash sweeter could easily manage it.
But if two suiters came along, $2.65 plus ????
Do your homework folks, very few cheap options available.
