the issue for regis is primarily (i feel) their reserves. they have neglected duketon drilling for too long and market is concerned they will be out in a few years.
i dont believe so, and think regis is a good opportunity here. but the reason its trading at a pe of 3 is there is concern that the e will be significantly less in a cppl of years
