i meant light on with your logic or reasoning not with the value.
just because something would cost x to build, doesnt mean its worth x. For a valuation to have any merit it should have a bit more rigor than a rough guess.
i can guess rrl is a 10b company, but its a fart in the wind. the value is only worth what either a)someone else is willing to pay b)the cash flows you can generate.
and even a is heavily reliant on b.
