ppl clamouring for a takeover... do you want a to to take place at a higher share price? or get taken to the cleaners when predator's circle here and get to buy the assets cheap.
the number 1 Priority of management should be raising the share price to stop predatory corporate action.
they could 1) bring in a small buy back as a shot over the bow, 2) directors could make some on market purchase of shares. 3) be extremely communicative with market and hit targets to restore confidence. or a mix of the 3, or something i habent thought of here.
but if price hangs around these levels, us shareholders will get taken to cleaners and might get 1.80 for our scrip as a premium to last close pice. i dont think any of us here would be particularly thrilled about a t/o at 1.80
