What's been this buyer's movement over last few days.

My assessment is that he got a big bundle on the 16th for .27cents (800,000).

I think he may still be at it but picking up with smaller parcels at .26cents over last few days.

Just being sneaky I suspect so he can fill his order without alerting the market on any price rise.

PS I picked the move on IPN on this strategy but we will have to wait and see
