Hasn't the ASX said, in a meeting with ISX that they will never trade on the ASX again?
Its about more than just 4 things that need to be done. Its the 4 things, the latestes query letter, the next list if things, changine the scope of the IEvreport, the next query letter..........thats why ISX has taken it to Fed Court, to seek fairness where it hasnt been afforded by the ASX.
