Hello all. Firstly a big thankyou to all contributors today. Only just read through the comments and based on them I cannot believe what transpired here today! How are ASX able to reasonably explain to anyone that they aren't a total monopolistic, predatory shitshow? Besides the serious technical issues they've unleashed on market participants, we now have to cop this? They can't even file their documentation properly? It has me wondering if the ASX organisation was so arrogant to think they are untouchable and protected, they don't even take something like a half billion damages claim seriously? Now I see with much greater clarification than ever, why they didn't make the appropriate announcements regarding ISX litigation. It seems that they just don't care.
Anyway after what I read today, they had better start taking things seriously as this could turn real bad for them, not just from these court proceedings, but the aftermath that may arise in the form of one or two please explains...
