unfortunately for the people that haven't realized by now and I have no doubt that ASX is grossly unfair/unreasonable treatment of suspension of our Company ISX when compared to other listed Companies and without suspension, as mentioned today a likely comparison is Westpac.

In reference to your Q 'what did the judge rule on the stuff they wanted?' ....imo & experience at the end of the legal prolonged proceeding we are fulfilling the standing Judge to be released of all possible ambiguity for the Judge to make an informed judgement.

However imo ASX are going out of there way to ensure they create complexity as they have nil hard evidence against ISX. imo Justice Davies had a headache, did not accept Ms B estimated a further one hour to finish and J.D adjourned to Monday.

Simultaneously once again imo ASX overreaching focus today they were deceitfully using the excuse of our $1/2B damages claim to obtain thousand and thousand of ISX documents. ..... imo ..Ridiculous/mockery, absurd..!
