    OK, I rephrase. Would a Royal Commission be the vehicle required to tighten up short sellers and where they get their information from. My concern is the mum and dad investors (of which I am one) can get seriously dudded. They say DYOR which is fine but shouldnt a truly informed market be just that where everyone has the same info on which to make investment decisions????
