its a bit hard to follow these proceedings with regard to a winner and loser, most of it seemed like semantics, the main thing that concerned me was that the justice was a bit dismissive of how we are using other companies as examples of how we are being treated differently, westpac for example. But again its hard to gauge how the discovery proceedings impact the overall case. looking forward to the real stuff next month though, if it isn't delayed.
