a simpler way would be to say that the only certain thing is that the asx suspended citing share price volatility.
since that time they have attempted to explore multiple rabbit holes without ever having success on proving any perceived allegation of wrong doing.
That has what has led to stalemate and court action. Whatever info they get they just bring up another query that has nothing to do with the original suspension.
