NO. You are framing the whole suspension as if ISX was suspended ONLY because of shareprice volatility and that is simply disingenuous. The fact is this:

ISX had been found to have broken multiple listing rules just for within the period that was investigated:
In my view, more breaches would be found if ASIC and the ASX should decide to investigate other periods as well.
Since the release of the SOR, as far as I am aware, the ASX had broken a few more by:
1. Not disclosing "suspended by AML" Visa and ISX's subsequent removal from its global registry.
2. Refusing to declare who requisitioned the resolution to delist and increase remuneration.
