That's true. An escrow period must be in place to protect investors as mentioned previously.

The big road block is an agreement between the parties will never be reached on all the issues that are needed to resume trading, that's looking pretty clear imo.

ASX won't allow isx to trade for whatever reason, doesn't matter if they answer the questions outstanding or not, there's always going to be another set of questions around the corner. Even a court ruling to allow isx to trade would be challenged in a higher court, drawing out the process further. All my own opinions, this scenario described may not happen. Time will tell.
