There should not have - or never have been -  a need for ISX to ever consider a delisting/relisting option.  IF ASX had acted fairly [and equitably] to date.

Especially now and since [1] the recent Clayton Utz report findings, outcomes and evidence given to ASX and also
[2] evidence given and provided to the ASX by ISX over numerous query letters and responses since the 2 Oct 2019 suspension of ISX trading.

Do remember that ASX did not give fair or timely warning to ISX prior to ASX's trading suspension of ISX shares.  Nor did OM provide a copy of their report to ISX prior to many of us viewing for the first time, the 9EC's published and freely available references from the Ownership Matters report in 9EC's publications which include in part, the Australian Financial Review, The Age, the Sydney Morning Herald, the Brisbane times ETC, ETC, ETC.

9EC media was allowed to freely and publicly repeat some or all of the contents of OM's 10 Sept 2019 report in many of their publications. Note: to the swampers on this forum - do a freely available search on google to confirm before reporting this post's content as unsubstantiated.

The OM report was not freely available to all or many and the reason for its compilation has not been formally questioned or explained to date. Ownership Matters have not yet themselves explained why they wrote the report, who it was given to and for what purpose.

It certainly appears that ASX wish to continue their stranglehold on ISX - for reasons not yet clearly and fairly articulated by ASX to date.

Some reasons might APPEAR and are evident and/or are replicated and or paraphrased, by some very recent new non-holding ISX and/or newer ISX posters on this HC ISX thread during the past 36 hours.  Some of the newer ISX posters favour ASX if you read the contents of their posts.  Similar to other ISX HC posters who serially post on ISX without providing facts [only opinion] and are on ignore for reasons that they don't hold ISX shares and prolifically post on the ISX forum and denigrate ISX and ISX shareholders and have done so since 2 Oct 2019.
