ASX never had an issue with ISX, OwnershipMatters had an issue with ISX - hence the short report.

I have no doubt that there are a few clouds hanging over ISX on a number of issues.

it does seem that ASX has gone way outside its scope as market regulator, that’s what I have an issue with.

This latest data breach if proven to be true is going to have serious ramifications for Visa, ASIC and the ASX.
