I believe ISX are nearing some majorstages that will accelerate their growth. I have itemised these stages below;
1. ASICwill approve the ISX request on the 29th January 2020 for ASIC tointervene under Corporations Regulation 7.2.16 and ASIC will become the governing body of ISX.
2.Given that ASIC approve ISX’s above request it will give ASX no reason tocontinue the suspension of ISX, the ASX suspension of ISX will be lifted and an“out of court” settlement will be made to ISX by ASX.
3.Flykk downloads will commence through Apple and allow at least 45 ISX merchantsto enrol their customers in the Flykk retail wallet.
4.The ADI banking licence and the UK banking licence (“ISXPay® UK”) will beapproved.
5.Given that ISX will then be free to trade, their good reputation will bere-established and ISX will announce that they have contracted several largemerchants that they have in their sales pipeline.
6.ISX will also announce that their new ISXMoney Payroll has contracted several newlarge companies.
7.The ISX patented KYC method will be mandated by the EBA (European BankingAuthority) for PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication across the EU.
8.ISX will announce their entry into Canada and their timeline for entry intoBrazil and New Zealand.
9.The ISX nearly 20% shareholding of NSX will increase in value given that ISXare currently embedding their technology into the NSX trading platform enablingNSX to compete with the ASX.
IfASIC decide not to be the governing body of ISX, however find no evidence tosupport ASX in their suspension of ISX, then I believe ASX will lift thesuspension of ISX and reach an “out of court” settlement to ISX. ISX will tradefor a short while on the ASX however will relist on another premium global exchangeas their main bourse. ISX may decide to remain on the ASX as a dual listing.
ISX willmake several presentations to shareholders outlining some or all of the aboveannouncements before the ASX suspension is lifted and I believe ISX will openbetween $3 to $6.
